It would be great if shipworks would set up to work with UK and Canada - Amazon.. it is the same API per Amazon.
this would help all their US sellers export into these countries. support the US economy and help SW become even stronger.
there is a HUGE market for this if they would just set it up... all us sellers can access these markets....
thanks - we need it NOW.... |

| By not connecting US Amazon sellers to these sites CA and UK it is forcing Shipworks users to look for other fulfillment software... and no one wants that.. we want to use shipworks.. |

We know this is important, as a possible alternative, you can import order data into ShipWorks from a flat file/csv/excel file. One issue you may encounter is that the Import from File in ShipWorks requires a NUMERIC order number to import, and Amazon outputs order numbers with dashes, so this may require manually updating/adjusting. _________________ Brett Berger

Dear Interapptive Team,
We will start selling on Amazon.CA in the next few months and would like to make this expansion as smooth as possible. Brian, you mentioned that there would be a way to download the file from Amazon.CA? Please let us know how to do so. Removing dashes from order numbers would be easy for us to do. Would links to the order such as in the current Amazon.com (US) work the same, where we can click on the link for the order and it leads to the order on amazon? Please let us know as this would help us greatly and we would not have to resort to another alternative. We love shipworks!
Sincerely,
Mike |

Currently you can utilize ShipWorks' ability to download/import order data from a file (like a .csv, txt, xls, xlsx, or xml formatted file). Export orders from Amazon to a file, import orders from file into ShipWorks.
Then, if needed, you can export the shipment details and tracking numbers from ShipWorks to a file that can then be imported into Amazon to update order's shipment details on the Amazon side. _________________ Brett Berger
